On Monday 24 November 2025, Echo Sixty One Events Ltd were proud to partner with the JE3 Foundation to host a vital CPR and defibrillator training day at The Addington Golf Club. The session brought together a fantastic mix of people, including club staff, members, Echo Sixty One regulars and members of the wider public, all united by a shared goal—to learn skills that could ultimately save lives.
The setting of The Addington Golf Club was particularly fitting. The venue itself has seen first-hand the life-saving impact of quick thinking, CPR and accessible defibrillators, reinforcing exactly why education and awareness are so important.
Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, at any time, often without warning, having the confidence and knowledge to act in those critical first few minutes is absolutely crucial.
Throughout the day, attendees were guided through hands-on CPR techniques, how to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, and—just as importantly—how to confidently use a defibrillator. These simple but essential actions can dramatically improve survival rates, with chances decreasing significantly for every minute without intervention.
The JE3 Foundation continues to lead the way in driving this change—turning tragedy into a powerful mission to improve access to defibrillators and deliver CPR education across communities.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such an important day. Together, we are helping to create safer, more prepared communities.
