On 10 September, we welcomed 18 teams of enthusiastic and competitive golfers to the beautiful Addington Golf Club for the third Echo Sixty One Golf Day of 2025. It was a brilliant opportunity for us to continue our support of the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation, with many fundraising opportunities throughout the day.

The day just wouldn’t have been possible without our headline sponsor; Kensington Balustrade Systems, who were captained Glenn Hoddle. Thank you to Mark and Matt for your support for the day.
Each of our golfers were encouraged to dig deep for the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation, and join in with our six on course competitions. Once again, we would like to thank our competition sponsors; A Star Experience, The Aubrey, Spencer Scott, M2M Direct and North Downs Hospital, who all sponsored or supplied absolutely amazing prizes really worth competing for!

After 18 holes of brilliant competition golf, it was back to the club house to share stories of their rounds and sit down to a fabulous three course meal.
Our afternoon was hosted by none-other than Sky Sports Golf’s very own Jamie Weir, who added a hilarious brain taxing element to our usual game of heads and tails, as well as ensuring as much money as possible was squeezed out of the room in aid of The Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation in our live auction, which comprised of entirely donated items including; Golf with Teddy Sheringham at Princes Golf Club, Four-Balls at Foxhills, Camberley Heath and The Addington and a Signed Rory McIlroy Masters Flag.
Massive congratulations to all our winners for the day:
Nearest the Pin in Three (sponsored by Echo Sixty One) - Thomas McKinnon-Dibley
Nearest the Pin (sponsored by A Star Experience) - Steven Campbell
Get On The Dance Floor (sponsored by North Downs Hospital) - James Parsons
Nearest the Pin (sponsored by M2M Direct) - Bobby Prendeville
Nearest the Pin in Two (sponsored by Spencer Scott) - Darrell Foley
Nearest the Line (sponsored by The Aubery) - Darren Sheen

Our Individual Winner was Paul Henthorne - taking home the Echo Sixty One Claret Jug, as well as a bottle of Champagne.
Our hard fought Team Competition finished with Link in third place, and Foooreskins in Second.
Our Champions were The Shankaholics; congratulations on your win!
Now the piece of news you have all been waiting for; it gives us a great amount of pride to announce that the day raised £10,493 for the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation! Thank you to each and every person who donated to help continue the great work the foundation are doing to raise awareness surrounding CPR and use of defibrillators. Please don’t forget you can help them as they continue their campaign for a legislative change to make ‘Justins Law’ a reality; where it will be a legal requirement for all health and sports facilities in the United Kingdom to be equipped with a defibrillator. Please sign the petition here!
Thank you again to everyone who was involved in the success of the day; all our sponsors, our sporting celebrities, the team at The Addington and our brilliant golfers!
We hope we can welcome you back to our Golf Days in 2026. Full details will be released over the coming weeks, but if you would like to join us, why not sign up online and be the first to find out all the details.
